Education and Professional Experience

I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in 2015. Throughout my college education, I had several internships and volunteer experiences working and empowering individuals to help them overcome their challenges. My professional experience in residential adolescent treatment program, emergency services, intensive outpatient programs, and private practice have also taught me how to support a wide variety of clinical concerns and people. I regularly take continuing education courses to expand my knowledge in the mental health field and I am most passionate about assisting clients with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

Approach to Wellness

I do something that I love, or look forward to, for at least several minutes every day. I love to spend time outside such as laying on my hammock, walking around a park, playing soccer, feeling the grass on my feet, and traveling to different states and countries. I also love spending time with my family and friends, whether we are watching a movie together, dancing the night away, or swimming in one of Gainesville’s springs.
