How We Help Students Thrive
We specialize in helping Gainesville students thrive in college. Our therapists help you reduce and manage symptoms so they do not get in the way of your academic success, and give you tools to confidently live your life. Using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), DBT skills, mindfulness, and practical strategies for time management and motivation, we tailor care to your goals and schedule.
We frequently help students with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, ADHD, stress and burnout, imposter syndrome and low self-esteem, relationship issues, and life transitions. Students who have experienced difficult events can receive trauma treatment, including EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
