This 2-Day interactive workshop is designed for couples who want to build a stronger emotional connection, enhance intimacy, and better understand the patterns that create conflict and disconnection. Gain practical tools inspired by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) an evidence-based therapeutic approach that transforms a couple’s relationship. Whether you’re feeling distant and lonely in your relationship or you’re in a good place and looking to grow even closer, this workshop is for you. All couples—regardless of age, gender, or relationship stage—are welcome.

Workshop Goals:

Couples will learn how to:

  • Gain deeper insight into romantic love and the key moments that shape a relationship

  • Communicate more openly and understand emotional responses and needs—both their own and their partner’s

  • Recognize and shift negative interaction patterns that lead to conflict and disconnection

  • Create meaningful moments of connection that build trust, emotional safety, and closeness

We’ll use creativity, visualization and meditation to set intentions and create a road map for the new year through empowering activities such as creating a vision board.
