For women who have gone through a divorce or long term relationship break up. Learn tools to move through this major life transition so that you can feel more empowered through activities aimed at increasing your inner strength and confidence, guiding you towards healthy practices, and mutual support as you connect with other women going through a similar situation. Women with any type of partnership (e.g. LGBT) are welcome. The workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Jennifer Martin.

Invest in yourself for the harvest later. Join us for a nourishing retreat for women to envision and lay the groundwork for a year that supports your growth. We’ll use creativity, visualization and meditation to set intentions and create a road map for the new year through empowering activities such as creating a vision board. Come prepared to make 2017 your most authentic year of wholehearted living yet. All art supplies, healthy snacks, beverages, and lunch will be provided. Our retreat location is the beautiful Casa Micanopy. This healing nature space will support and enhance your transformative experience.
